*Within a week of registration being completed, an email invitation for jersey orders will be sent to the email address used to register. Jerseys are ordered and paid for online through Stefan's Soccer Supply in Madison WI:

*Refund Policy:  A refund request for registration fees can be made to Middleton United up until August 1st (fall season) and up to April 1st (spring season.)  Any requests made after these dates will not be refunded.  For all applicable refunds, there will be a 15% administrative fee deducted.

Assistance is available to families with financial need. Please complete the scholarship packet  and turn in 3 weeks prior to the program start date. All applications will be kept confidential. Scholarships apply only toward registration fees, but not other team fees.
