High School Players will NOT have tryouts for the 2022-2023 season.
- 2004-2008 HS Players who played with Middleton United during the 2021-2022 season will be extended an early offer using WYSA's "Early Offer Policy." starting in June 1st.
- 2004-2008 HS Players not currently playing with Middleton United can register starting June 24 at 12:00pm.Teams will be formed by birth year.
